8Ball & MJG and Bun B are featured on "Say It To My
Face", that's a hell of a lineup there! Of course this song is
bangin, I dont know if its possible to have a song with those
features and it not be bangin. The beat has a choir in the
background at times with a little brass and some organs. All of them
drop tight verses.
"Buss Yo Head" is a hardcore track from Buck that has a mellow yet
buck beat. It has Buck spittin on beef and how he has no problem
with having beef and anybody that has a problem with him will get
their head bussed. Up next is "I Aint Fuckin With U" which features
Trick Daddy & Snoop Dogg. The hook is song by Snoop Dogg in his high
ass voice, its actually pretty tight and real catchy. The highlight
of the song is Trick's verse.
One of the best singles I've heard in a while is "Get Buck" This
song is hard as hell. The brass in it is bangin. The verses from
Buck are pretty much all gems and the hook is infectious. If you
dont like this song, you're some sort of hater.
Young Jeezy is featured on "Pocket Full Of Paper" This track is
filled with synthesizers, cymbals and a bumpin bassline. I cranked
this bitch up and damn near blew a woofer. It's definately one of
the best songs on "Buck The World" and both Jeezy & Buck come with
some tight ass verses.
"Money Good" is basically a song with Buck braggin about his cheese,
he kinda took a shot at Paul Wall: "Come here let me talk to you,
show you what my grill bout / Ice like Paul Wall, but I cant take
mine out" See in Nashville, if you dont have you're teeth filed down
and your grill cemented in, then you dont have a real grill.
T.I., Young Jeezy & Pimp C are featured on "4 Kings" Thats a hell of
a lineup there! This song sounds like an old UGK track, filled with
organs and the hook is done by Pimp C, its basically the same hook
from Big Mike's "Havin Thangs"
The every annoying Jazze Pha is featured on "I Know You Want Me" You
know Buck had to make a song for the girls and this is the one, its
a real catchy song with a tight hook done by Pha. The beat is real
funky and mellow with some real bangin bass in it.
There's a couple of tracks on here that you will probably skip, most
notably "U Aint Goin Nowhere", but most of this album is bangin.
Some other tight tracks on this album include the laid back "Buck
The World" featuring Lyfe & "Clean Up Man"
The hardest song I've ever heard from Buck is
"Lose My Mind", it's Buck delivering some Makaveli type lyrics over
a piano laced track. But whats different about it is Young
Buck is screamin at the top of his lungs, love that track.
Overall "Buck The World" is a very bangin album, probably Buck's
best performance to date and its definately one you should add to
your collection.
