“Me and Wayne met years back and we both had genuine respect for each other’s music and we immediately clicked,” said Santana. Studio sessions from Harlem to New Orleans ensued and the camaraderie was building and natural competition was sparked in the booth.
“When we both step in that booth we come as hard as possible because we both know our abilities. It’s not competition, it’s more like inspiration,” said Santana. “We like brothers and we know that this has never been seen before. One force from the South and one from the East coming together to dominate the game.”
The public has been waiting for the “I Can’t Feel My Face” album to drop for years now, but no sign of it yet. But Juelz goes on to tell us that him and Wayne got big plans coming.
“We have an album done already. He’s on Universal/Cash Money and I’m on Dipset/Def Jam so you have your basic label issues,” said Santana. “We also plan to expand the “I Can’t Feel My Face” brand we’re we will develop mixtapes from different artists from different regions to bring together unity and creativity.”
