Chamillionaire is better, although Lil' Wayne is getting a lot of mainstream commercial exposure lately, so he will win the whole thing no doubt. This is more of a who's the hottests right now competition, because Jay-Z, Eminem, LL Cool J, Lupe Fiasco, Nas, Common are all not here, even though they are all better.
